agency overview

The AIDS Council of Northeastern New York provides a continuum of Client Services to people living with HIV/AIDS and their family members. A compassionate team of case managers works directly with HIV infected individuals to help them access appropriate medical care and support services and provide assistance in following prescribed treatment regimens. We also provide direct financial, food, housing, counseling, and transportation assistance to improve stability in client lives.

HIV is a preventable disease, and the AIDS Council’s Prevention Services programs offer effective, innovative solutions that make a significant impact on the spread of this devastating disease. We reduce the rate of HIV infection by working both with at-risk and currently infected individuals.
